Amazing from begining to end, especially the view!

The room and view were phenomenal. We booked the suite with sea view, and the view + balcony were worth every penny. The room itself was magical, the most comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing shower and toiletries. The couch and living space was excellent. The only qualm was that we couldn't stay for longer. Unbelievable price, the best value for money I have ever had, and I've stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts. I would highly recommend booking half board as we did. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Loaded with diverse and high-quality options. The dinner gives the feel of an upper-class restaurant without the price tag; the food quality is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa itself is fun and comfortable; the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided us with entertainment despite the relatively cold weather for Mallorca (still 20 degrees C or 65 F). The hotel is a stone's throw away from a beautiful public strip of beach with an awesome walking path. The Uber ride to Palma and its attractions costs around 18 euros each way, which is quite reasonable for a city. The hotel transfer was around 12 euros, although there is a bus line (A2) that costs 5 euros per person from the airport (but that takes around 35 minutes as opposed to the 10 of car travel). Overall, I would implore you to book a suite with Aubamar, particularly the suite with sea view.

The only complaint is that the massages are quite expensive relative to other resorts I've visited.

I spent five dream days there with my mother. The location of the hotel is excellent and it is only 6 minutes away from the airport. It is only 100 m to the sea and you can always enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and restaurants by the sea. The breakfast was excellent and complete. And most importantly, the behavior of the hotel staff was very friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back and I definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel, with nice stay, good food and comfortable beds. Recommend!

Very - very friendly and nice staff, they helped us a lot. Very nice meals, three-course dinner, but as yo did not find anything you would be fancy for, you could as from the a'la carte. They had kids menu aswell. Very comfortable beds, nice terrace, great place. In the quiescent area but 5 mins walk from the beach. I would go back for sure again.

Reality exceeded expectations

Everything was perfect. Great service! Clean, large and comfortable room, excellent balcony and sea view, we had the 4th floor. Good air conditioning, comfortable large bed. Fantastic breakfast. All the staff are very friendly. Especially the managers at the reception. Very nice girls who cleaned the room. I also liked the SPA. I didn't want to leave.

Very Good

The hotel has been recently refurbished so it was very clean. The spa is excellent and really enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and they provide one bottle of drinking water a day which was nice.

The toilet broke down on the last night, we called the reception at 3am but the number didn't work, we called again at 7am and took them 45 mins to get back to us to let us know that it's a problem with the whole building. We were in a hurry to leave and asked if I can use the toilet in another room, but they couldn't arrange that and asked me to go all the way down to use the toilet in the spa. They didn't offer anything as compensation for the inconvenience. The food at the restaurant werent great, wouldn't advice eating dinner there.

I know that this is just a newly established hotel but is able to provide great services and will do further in the future, that‘s why i would like to suggest the following: -relocation and improvement of Fitnessstudio/Gym, seeing the beautiful view outside is a great choice :) -better lighting for nail services

Exceptional proactive service & very professional staff. Beautiful design. Great spa area— especially the sauna. Several pools. Comfortable beds. Amazing showers — powerful water pressure. Beautiful lobby. Huge buffet breakfast. Great relaxation spaces.

No double beds in junior suites — two single not comfortable for a couple. The hamman was not on. Jacuzzi could have been slightly warmer.

Very Good

To begin with the hotel is conveniently located not too far from the airport so one doesnt have to spend much time on the road before arriving, further its also not to far away from Palma city centre. The staff are spectacular, helpful, warm and welcoming. The facilities are well maintained and the Half board option is good value for money for sure. I would very much recommend a stay in this hotel

The only thing i can point out as an area of improvement is, during "winter" seasons which in Mallorca daytime may still be warm/hot, perhaps a solution for the GYM ventilation system is needed. I was told when i had asked about it that due to the air conditioning system was centrally controlled, as it was shut due to it being technically "Winter" period, the AC in the GYM was also off. However it can get steamy as its located where the spa area is, and with a few people working out at the same time, can become unbearable. So just a little area of consideration for improvement.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was large and it was very relaxing to lie on the balcony loungers, it was very quiet and couldn't hear the hustle and bustle outside. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast desserts changed a little each day, the cakes were were very delicious, I went late but there was no shortage of supply. Special thanks to Tien for all her help, as my flight was at 3:50pm and check out time was at 11am, having breakfast meant I had to have to get everything ready by 10am, but she took the initiative to ask me about this time and help me communicate to get a 1pm check out, which has made me decide to stay at this hotel next time I go to Palma.
